Meet The Team.

Aaron (left) is a professionally trained chef with five years in the fine dining scene from New York (UNion Square Hospitality Group) to San Francisco (Michael Mina - 1 Michelin Star) and San Diego (Kettner Exchange - Michelin Bib Gourmand). Aaron completed a BA in Philosophy at Davidson College, then got his start in food at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at Hyde Park. In preparation for starting his own venture, Aaron completed an MBA from the University of Utah. This diverse education and experience is now purposefully directed towards making a mark on how San Diego experiences food.
Steven (right) blends his management consulting and technology experiences to bring a unique set of skills to the table. graduating from texas a&m university's mays business school with honors, steven spent four years in management consulting before transitioning to technology, where he has honed his skills in customer success, process improvement, project management, and analytics. with a drive for excellence and passion for innovation, steven drives business administration for medium. 
Together their combined skillset allows for the  execution of a dream 20+ years in the making.
